Nigerian Dwarf Does

We have a delightful family of ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarf goats.  They are friendly, super sweet, and love affection.  We get so much joy out of spending time with our lovely goats!  They are amazing pets, keep the weeds down and provide delicious milk.  They always manage to make us laugh and brighten up every day.  We are so thankful for the spur of the moment decision to give goats another try after a not so great first experience.  Having the right goats makes all the difference. Read on for an introduction to each of our precious goats!

Embers

Embers is our resident milk goat.  She's a gorgeous girl that is black with moonspots and white highlights along with lovely blue eyes.  She is sweet as sugar and an excellent milk goat.  She is highly favored by our whole family, and never causes a bit of trouble.  She generally goes by "Em" and there's lots of "Ohhh, sweet Emmmmm!" heard around here!

Dot

Dot is the "boss goat" and never lets the rest forget it.  She is a striking goat that is dark brown with white, brown, and black highlights along with moonspots. We have started milking Dot, but she has a ways to go on her training.  It just doesn't set right with her "boss attitude" to stand and be milked!  But she's never so mad that she won't eat grain while complaining about being milked!

Bishop

Bishop is Dot's sister, but is very different.  She is super friendly, loving, and not a bit bossy.  She just likes to stand by you and get pets!  From what we were told she has been like that since birth.  We cannot wait to see her babies when she has them!  She is a beautiful cream color with "fancy feet" (it looks like she has bell bottoms) and lovely blue eyes!

Bad Ann

The first doeling born on our farm is named Bad Ann. She is Dot's daughter.  She is spoiled as can be but still super sweet.  Everyone adores her.  She is a gorgeous caramel color with brown, black and white highlights along with moonspots and blue eyes.  She is always into something, but looking adorable while doing it!

Pinky

Pinky was born here in the fall of 2024. She is primarily white with black and brown markings on her.  Her nose and ears are pink, which is how she got the name Pinky!  She is a solid, active goat who is also super sweet!

Rainey

Rainey was also born here in fall of 2024.  She is primarily white and has pretty black and brown markings.  She has beautiful light blue eyes.  She's a quiet girl who loves to snuggle and gaze lovingly into our eyes!
